Myofascial release bodywork is becoming increasingly recommended by many medical professionals as a non-invasive, low side-effect treatment option for a wide range of soft tissue conditions involving scarring, nerve, joint and muscle pain.

Some discomfort can be eased quickly, with an immediate relief from pain, but other imbalances may take longer to resolve.  It may take multiple sessions and possibly lifestyle changes to reduce pain and holding patterns which have developed over years or decades. Everyone's body is different and your massage treatment should be periodically evaluated to monitor your progress.
